These virtual yoga classes are designed for real people living real lives. People who carry stress, responsibilities, emotional overwhelm, busy schedules, and bodies that deserve care instead of criticism.

This is not about being the most flexible person in the room and it is not about perfection, performance, or forcing your body into poses that don’t feel supportive.

YOGA with Brittany is about learning how to slow down long enough to actually hear yourself again. Through intentional movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system support, these classes are designed to help you feel stronger physically, calmer mentally, and more grounded emotionally.

More Than Just Movement

What Class Looks Like

Each 60-minute virtual class is intentionally designed to feel supportive, approachable, and grounding.

Inside class, you can expect:

  • Gentle to moderate movement

  • Breath-focused guidance

  • Mobility and strengthening work

  • Mindful stretching and recovery

  • Encouragement to listen to your body

  • Modifications and options throughout class

You will never be expected to “keep up” or perform. You are always encouraged to move at your own pace, rest when needed, and honor what your body is asking for that day.

What You Need

  • A yoga mat or comfortable surface

  • Water

  • Comfortable clothing

  • Optional: yoga blocks, blanket, or pillow for support

Most importantly: come exactly as you are.

My Approach to Yoga

As a registered nurse, yoga instructor, and emotional resilience coach, I view wellness through a whole-person lens.

I believe movement should support your life and not become another source of pressure or self-judgment. My classes are rooted in:

  • nervous system awareness

  • self-trust

  • intentional movement

  • emotional resilience

  • compassionate guidance

  • realistic wellness

This is a space where you can reconnect with your body without shame, guilt, or the need to prove anything.
