I’m Brittany, a registered nurse, wellness coach, and the person behind Better Life Wellness, LLC

For years, I worked in healthcare watching people, both my co-workers and patients, reach a breaking point before they were given support. We talked about diagnoses, medications, and symptoms. But rarely did we talk about the daily choices, emotional load, and unspoken patterns that quietly shape our health long before a crisis shows up.

At the same time, I was navigating my own becoming.

Learning how to set boundaries.
Letting go of people-pleasing.
Unlearning the belief that taking care of myself meant I was being selfish or needed to come last.

Those two worlds, clinical experience and personal growth, are what shape my work today.

What I Believe

I believe wellness should feel:

  • Practical, not overwhelming

  • Grounded in education and knowledge, not fear

  • Supportive of both your body and your identity

Through 1:1 coaching, I hold space for the emotional side of wellness, the becoming, the unlearning, the quiet courage it takes to choose yourself differently. Helping you learn how food, movement, and everyday habits can support long-term wellness, without extremes.

They aren’t separate.
They were never meant to be.
