MOVE with Brittany
Realistic movement for real life.
MOVE with Brittany was created from something personal: I needed accountability too.
At the time, I was already teaching a senior fitness class every week, but I realized something… I was spending so much time helping everyone else move their bodies that I still needed a consistent way to challenge and support myself.
I didn’t want complicated workouts. I didn’t want pressure. And I definitely didn’t want fitness to feel intimidating or all-consuming. I needed something realistic, effective something and I could actually stick with. So I started creating simple interval-style workouts for myself using movements I was already teaching; adding intensity when I wanted it, slowing down when I needed to, and focusing on consistency over perfection.
I felt stronger. My endurance improved. My balance and coordination got better. My mood and energy shifted. I felt more connected to my body again.
That’s how MOVE with Brittany was born.
What Is MOVE?
MOVE is a 30-minute virtual interval workout designed to help you build strength, increase endurance, elevate your heart rate, and support your overall wellness. This class is designed for all levels because the intensity is completely customizable to you.
You decide:
your pace
your weights (if any)
your modifications
your level of intensity
Some people may finish class drenched in sweat with their heart rate elevated. Others may move slower, take more breaks, or focus on mobility and consistency.
Both are valid and both count.
How Class Works
Each class includes:
30 different exercises
50 seconds of movement per exercise
10 seconds of rest between exercises
Guided instruction and demonstrations throughout
A full-body workout in approximately 30 minutes
During the 10-second rest periods, I explain and demonstrate the next movement so you never feel lost trying to keep up.
The goal is not perfection. The goal is movement.
This Class Is Designed To Meet You Where You Are

My Philosophy Around Movement
I am not here to shame you into exercising, I am not here to push punishment-based fitness, and I am not here to convince you your worth is tied to your body.
I believe movement should support your life, not consume it.
As a nurse, fitness instructor and emotional resilience coach, I understand how stress, overwhelm, burnout, self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion can impact our ability to care for ourselves consistently. That’s why MOVE is built around sustainability, flexibility, and self-trust.
You do not have to go “all in” to make progress. You do not have to be the most fit person in the class. You just have to start where you are.
One Workout at a Time
You don’t need perfect motivation, you don’t need extreme discipline, and you don’t need to earn the right to care for your body.
You are allowed to move because it helps you feel stronger, supports your health, clears your mind and reminds you that your body deserves care too.
One movement, one workout, one choice to show up for yourself at a time.
